Bibilabu Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Bibilabu, Bibilabu.ai, and any related websites, applications, account dashboards, AI video generation tools, paid plans, credit products, support services, and digital features made available by us (collectively, the "Service").

Bibilabu is an online AI text-to-video creation service. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, submitting prompts or materials, generating videos, purchasing a subscription or credit package, or otherwise using any paid or free feature, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, plan terms, safety rules, and any additional terms presented for specific features.

Bibilabu allows users to create AI-assisted videos from text prompts and other supported inputs. The Service is intended for creators, marketers, e-commerce sellers, small businesses, social media teams, and other users who need video content for social media, advertising, product showcases, creative testing, and similar lawful purposes.

The Service is a digital service only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. After a successful payment, purchased credits, subscription benefits, premium features, higher usage limits, faster processing, HD export, or other paid digital benefits are delivered to your online account according to the plan or product selected.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any model, feature, export option, plan, credit rule, workflow, dashboard function, or other part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian.

You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into these Terms and only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, platform rules, payment network rules, and third-party rights.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are otherwise prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account.

You may not create accounts using false information, impersonate another person or entity, sell or transfer your account, use another user’s account without authorization, or share account access in a way that creates security, abuse, or payment risk.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the Service, submit prohibited content, fail to pay, engage in payment fraud, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or otherwise harm Bibilabu, other users, or third parties.

You may submit prompts, text, images, videos, files, reference materials, settings, instructions, or other content to the Service ("Inputs"). The Service may generate videos, previews, images, audio, text, metadata, exports, or other results in response to your Inputs ("Outputs").

You are solely responsible for your Inputs, your use of Outputs, and your compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and consents necessary to submit Inputs and use them with the Service.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain ownership of your Inputs. To the extent legal rights may arise in Outputs generated from your Inputs, Bibilabu does not claim ownership of those Outputs. Your right to use Outputs remains subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, plan restrictions, and any commercial-use limitations disclosed for your plan, trial, promotional offer, or feature.

You grant Bibilabu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, modify for technical formatting, and otherwise use Inputs and Outputs as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, support, enforce, and improve the Service; generate Outputs; maintain records; detect abuse or security incidents; comply with law; and create aggregated or anonymized analytics.

Unless expressly disclosed and authorized, Bibilabu will not use your Inputs or Outputs to train Bibilabu-owned foundation models. The Service may rely on third-party AI model, infrastructure, moderation, or hosting providers, whose independent data practices may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and data protection commitments.

AI-generated Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, unexpected, non-unique, similar to content generated for other users, not copyrightable, or alleged to infringe third-party rights. Outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, investment, regulatory, or other professional advice. You must review, edit, verify, and determine whether each Output is lawful, appropriate, and suitable before publishing, distributing, commercializing, or relying on it.

Subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and your plan terms, you may use Outputs for personal or commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising, product showcases, client work, and social media content.

Commercial use rights may vary by subscription plan, credit package, free trial, promotional program, account status, feature, or checkout disclosure. Outputs generated under free, trial, promotional, referral, or restricted offerings may not be eligible for commercial use unless expressly authorized by Bibilabu.

Commercial use rights do not include any rights in third-party content, trademarks, logos, music, images, videos, likenesses, voices, names, brands, publicity rights, privacy rights, copyrighted works, or other rights that you do not own or have permission to use.

You may not use the Service, Inputs, Outputs, or any related functionality to create, upload, generate, distribute, promote, facilitate, or attempt any unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or high-risk content or activity, including:

• sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, grooming, or child sexual abuse material;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, revenge pornography, or sexual exploitation;
• impersonation, misleading identity manipulation, deceptive deepfakes, false endorsements, or misrepresentation of real people, brands, public figures, or events;
• harassment, threats, bullying, hate, discriminatory abuse, defamation, or content targeting protected characteristics;
• fraud, scams, phishing, spam, deceptive commercial activity, illegal gambling, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unlawful products or services;
• infringement or misappropriation of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, trade secret, or other rights;
• malware, credential theft, scraping, automated abuse, security attacks, reverse engineering, prompt extraction, attempts to bypass limits, or disruption of the Service;
• collection, processing, or disclosure of personal information in violation of privacy or data protection laws;
• content or activity that violates payment provider rules, app store rules, advertising platform rules, applicable laws, or safety policies published by Bibilabu.

We may remove content, restrict generation, disable exports, restore or withhold credits, suspend paid benefits, limit access, report unlawful activity, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

Bibilabu may offer free plans, paid subscriptions, credit packages, promotional credits, trials, or other digital products. Paid benefits may include video generation credits, higher usage limits, premium generation options, faster processing, HD export, or other features.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, app stores, card networks, or other supported providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the price, taxes, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, and payment method shown at checkout.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Bibilabu and its payment processors to charge the applicable recurring fees and taxes until cancellation.

You may cancel a subscription through the account dashboard or other cancellation method made available for your purchase channel. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid benefits usually continues until that period ends.

Credits are digital consumption units usable only within the Service. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged outside the Service, and do not constitute stored value, electronic money, or personal property unless required by law.

Credits are generally consumed when a generation request is submitted and processed. We may set usage limits, expiration periods, anti-abuse controls, credit acquisition rates, consumption rules, and fair-use rules to protect service stability and manage computing resources.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, foreign exchange fees, or payment provider charges associated with your purchases, except taxes that we are legally required to collect and remit.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. Because Bibilabu provides digital access and AI computing resources, payments for used credits, processed generation tasks, generated videos, or consumed subscription benefits are generally not refundable.

We may approve refunds for duplicate payments, verified billing errors, successful payments where purchased credits or benefits were not delivered and we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time, wrong-plan purchases requested within seven (7) days where no paid credits or benefits were used, or technical issues caused by our Service that prevent use of the paid Service and cannot reasonably be resolved.

If a generation fails because of a verified platform error and no usable Output is produced, we may restore the credits used for that failed task. Credits are usually not restored where a generation succeeds but you are dissatisfied with the creative result, style, quality, or output.

If a refund is granted, we may revoke, deduct, suspend, or recover associated credits, subscription benefits, commercial-use rights, or other benefits provided with the refunded transaction. Accounts involving refund abuse, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or unauthorized transactions may be restricted or terminated.

The Service may rely on third-party providers for AI models, cloud hosting, storage, content moderation, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, customer support, security, fraud prevention, app store billing, and other services.

Third-party services operate independently from Bibilabu and may be modified, suspended, discontinued, unavailable, or subject to their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and technical limitations. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policy changes, data practices, or acts or omissions, but we will try to provide reasonable support when issues affect the Service.

Bibilabu, including its website, software, interface, branding, designs, workflows, models, systems, documentation, and related technology, is owned by Bibilabu or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, extract, or attempt to discover source code, model logic, system prompts, workflows, configurations, security measures, or proprietary components of the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Bibilabu may use automated systems, manual review, user reports, and vendor tools to detect abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to complaints, protect rights holders, maintain payment compliance, and improve safety.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, contact support@stilllab.ai with enough information to identify the work or right, locate the allegedly infringing material, verify your authority, and contact you. We may remove, restrict, or disable material and may suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.

If your content, account, credits, or access is restricted and you believe the action was taken in error, you may contact support@stilllab.ai with relevant details. We may review the matter in good faith, but submission of a request does not guarantee restoration.

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or permanent availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network issues, demand spikes, model limitations, third-party failures, legal requirements, security incidents, or other reasons.

We may modify, suspend, limit, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service where reasonably necessary for business, operational, technical, legal, security, compliance, or risk-management reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from service changes, interruptions, removals, or unavailability.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, transfer, and protect personal information and other data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that Inputs, Outputs, account information, usage records, payment-related records, and technical data may be processed by Bibilabu and its service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, misuse the Service, fail to pay, abuse refunds or chargebacks, infringe third-party rights, or harm Bibilabu, users, service providers, payment partners, or third parties.

After termination, you may lose access to your account, credits, generated content, order records, exports, subscription benefits, and other Service features, except where retention or access is required by applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bibilabu disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, security, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee specific generation results, commercial performance, audience engagement, platform approval, advertising acceptance, regulatory compliance, or suitability for any intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bibilabu and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, Outputs, credits, or service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred United States dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid to Bibilabu for the Service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bibilabu and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, payment disputes, or infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@stilllab.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration forum specified here: the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property infringement, confidentiality breaches, unauthorized access, security incidents, or misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website, account dashboard, email, or other appropriate means. Unless a different effective date is stated, updated Terms take effect when posted.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
