Bibilabu Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bibilabu ("Bibilabu," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, transfers, retains, and protects information when you use Bibilabu.ai, create an account, submit prompts or materials, generate videos, purchase a subscription or credit package, contact support, or otherwise use our online AI video generation service.

We may collect account and contact information, such as email address, username, authentication identifiers, account settings, plan status, dashboard information, support messages, refund requests, and communications with us.

We may collect Inputs, uploaded materials, and generated content, including prompts, text, images, videos, files, reference materials, generation settings, generation history, previews, exports, and Outputs generated through the Service.

We may collect payment and transaction information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, app stores, card networks, or other supported providers. We do not store your full credit card number. We may receive payment status, order amount, currency, transaction ID, billing country or region, subscription status, renewal status, chargeback status, refund status, tax-related information, and limited payment method details.

We may collect usage and technical information, including login records, credit balances and consumption, generation requests, order history, pages viewed, feature interactions, browser type, device information, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies or similar identifiers, referral URLs, error logs, performance data, security logs, and website activity.

We may receive limited information from service providers, such as payment processors, fraud prevention vendors, analytics tools, customer support systems, cloud providers, email providers, and authentication services.

We use information to create, authenticate, manage, and secure accounts; provide the Service; process prompts and materials; generate AI videos; deliver exports; maintain generation history; process payments; deliver credits and subscription benefits; manage renewals; handle refunds; maintain order records; provide support; troubleshoot issues; communicate with you; improve performance, safety, and user experience; measure usage and marketing effectiveness; detect fraud, spam, prohibited content, security incidents, unauthorized access, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, and other misuse; enforce our Terms and policies; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, sanctions, payment network, dispute resolution, and regulatory obligations.

When you submit prompts, images, videos, files, or other materials, we process them to provide the Service and generate Outputs. This processing may involve automated systems, AI models, cloud infrastructure, content moderation tools, and other service providers.

We may use automated systems or manual review where reasonably necessary to detect abuse, enforce platform rules, investigate safety or security issues, respond to legal requests, process support requests, improve service quality, or maintain operational integrity.

Unless expressly disclosed and authorized, Bibilabu will not use your Inputs or Outputs to train Bibilabu-owned foundation models. The Service may use third-party AI model and infrastructure providers. Those providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data protection commitments.

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, operate checkout and security features, analyze website usage, improve the product, measure marketing performance, attribute referrals, and detect suspicious activity.

You can disable cookies through browser settings, but some parts of the Service may not work properly. Where required by law, we will provide additional cookie notices or consent choices.

We do not sell users’ personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Bibilabu, including cloud hosting, storage, AI infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, security, logging, and content moderation providers.

We may share payment and billing information with payment processors, card networks, app stores, tax providers, and banks as needed to process payments, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, tax records, and fraud checks.

We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, payment provider rules, fraud prevention needs, rights enforcement, safety, security, or to protect Bibilabu, users, third parties, or the public.

We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate legal protections. We may also share information with your direction or consent.

Bibilabu may be used by users in different countries and regions. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries where we, our affiliates, or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual commitments or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, deliver credits and subscription benefits, preserve generation and order records, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, and regulatory obligations, and protect our rights and users.

You may request account deletion by contacting us. Some information may be retained after deletion where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, payment dispute, backup, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. However, no online service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@stilllab.ai.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a privacy decision. These rights may be subject to limitations and verification requirements under applicable law.

To make a privacy request, contact support@stilllab.ai and include the email address associated with your Bibilabu account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

You may unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. We may still send transactional or service-related messages, such as payment, security, account, support, and policy notices.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, California, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, additional rights and disclosures may apply. Depending on the context, our legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, and protection against fraud or security threats.

We do not knowingly sell personal information. If we use advertising or analytics technologies that are considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or similar concepts under applicable law, we will provide legally required choices.

Bibilabu is not intended for children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@stilllab.ai and we will take reasonable steps to delete the information where required.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment pages, app stores, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, content, or security of third-party services. You should review their policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the website, account dashboard, email, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of Bibilabu after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
